The total number of credits required to graduate with the Master of Arts degree is 39 in classes like Introduction to Statistics, Advanced Statistical Methods, and Psychometrics: Measurement and Evaluation. The program requires that students submit scores from the GRE, and applicants who don’t have a bachelor’s degree in psychology may need to take some classes as a prerequisite for Degree Candidacy. Entry into the Master of Arts program requires an overall GPA of 3.0 for the student’s undergraduate degree and a GPA of 3.25 in psychology classes. Students can pursue a Master of Arts in Psychology in Industrial/Organizational or a Certificate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
